Stars, they’re just like us … they have celebrity crushes, they hate unflattering photos, they want people to notice them, they vow never to grow their hair again …
Jennifer’s stalking confession
Jennifer Lawrence has confessed on the Conan show that she’s been stalking her crush, former Full House star John Stamos.
“He was at a party, and I turned into a perverted guy,” she revealed. “I was like following him into rooms and staring at his ass. I lost my mind.”
“I didn’t want to meet him because when I meet people it’s never good, and I was avoiding him. But then my friends brought him over because my friends are jerks, and I started really freaking out. And he asked me if I was on mushrooms and I said, ‘No. I’m dead sober. This is just me.’
“I just kept smiling and being like, ‘Dude. . . Uncle Jesse.'”
When alerted to Jennifer’s confession by his friend Nick Jonas, who tweeted “I envy you”, John replied “I envy myself!“
Monica & Chandler reunited
Monica and Chandler are getting back together … at least Courtney Cox and Matthew Perry are on his new TV show, Go On.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Courtney will play a woman who gets set up with Matthew’s character Ryan.
It’s the pair’s first small-screen reunion since Friends ended its 10-season run in 2004.
Miley’s creepy hair
Miley Cyrus has vowed never to grow her hair again.
She told E! News she cut her locks off because: “I hated the extensions – hair that’s sewn into your head. It’s creepy.”
“You will never see me with long hair again! My fiance [Liam Hemsworth] loves it. It’s so much easier to go shave the sides once a week rather than getting your roots done when you have long hair. I feel like when you have short hair, the messier it is, the better it looks.
“It’s so weird seeing [pictures of] me and my long hair. I do not like it. I wish someone would have ripped them out of my head because the extension thing is just so not cute! I hate it.”
Yeah, I said the same thing when I cut my hair off at age 22. I was wrong.
Beyonce’s vain request
Beyonce is not impressed that BuzzFeed has published a story titled, “The 33 Fiercest Moments From Beyonce’s Halftime Show” and wants the images taken down.
Why? Because she thinks they’re “unflattering”.
The website received a call and subsequent email from Beyonce’s publicist asking them to remove the pics and they’ve, so far, refused.
But Lainey Gossip reckons they won’t be able to hold out forever because the singer is so powerful: “Beyonce is like Anonymous. Maybe Beyonce really is Illuminati. Because last night, as we rushed to download these images, we felt like we were in a movie. We’d select a picture and suddenly it’d be gone from the lightbox. And we’d select another one, and that would be gone too. Suddenly it was like our house was bugged. We kept looking over our shoulders. The phone rang and we jumped. And finally we just rushed through all the selections and raced to click `download’, grabbing whatever we could before she wiped out everything.”
Kevin’s a fame junkie
On the subject of vanity, Kevin Bacon has confessed he likes being recognised. He rides the subway in New York every day — and has worn a prosthetic “to see what it would be like not to be recognized.”
“I didn’t like it very much; no one was nice to me,” Bacon told UPI. “People didn’t bother me, but they also looked right through me.’’
