My lovely friends at Sydney Harbour Tall Ships invited DD and I on a Vivid Sydney cruise last night.
It was such a beautiful way to relax and see the lights. We were both a bit weary so it was great to avoid the crowds and sail on the peaceful water for 90 minutes.
There was even a huge full moon hovering over Sydney Opera House, which made it feel extra special.
We went on the 6pm cruise, which meant we were home just after 8pm. Perfection!
It will be a much less relaxing Vivid experience for me tonight, as I’m at police headquarters on official duties from 4.30-11.30pm.
Yawn.
Pray there are no major incidents and that all missing persons are found before 11pm.
OK, I’m going to let the photos from last night do the talking and conserve my energy for the looooooong working day and night ahead.
