My Google searching for Sprog 1’s birthday has progressed to the lolly bag stage. What does one put in a Mad Scientist Party lolly bag? Good lordy, you won’t believe the bizarre choices there are. Here are just a few of the kooky candies I’ve discovered on my Google travels.
I’m thinking about making these the star item in Sprog 1’s goodie bags. ChoCo2 (pronounced Choc-O-2) is strawberry-flavoured popping candy with a choc coating, packaged in a test tube. They’re from The Professors Tasty Technology.
Fancy some red liquid candy packaged in blood bags, just like the intravenous bags used in hospitals? “Features a sweet cherry flavour – the flavour preferred by top heart surgeons and thirsty vampires alike!” says Candy Warehouse.

There are some pretty gross Halloween lollies around at the moment that Sprog 1 may like. Big W has a good range of severed fingers, eyeballs etc.
