Here is my rant. I think the next feminist battle must be for equality in the workforce for mothers, and I don’t mean flexible hours. I mean in being treated equally for tasks, meetings, promotions, travel, anything. I always felt equal in my various workplaces in a very male dominant industry. I always felt welcome and encouraged by men. Then I had children. I am gobsmacked by the constant discrimination I now get..some subtle, some non subtle. Does anyone else encounter this? It is driving me crazy.
