Glee star enters rehab

Glee star Cory Monteith, who plays Finn Hudson on the series, has checked into rehab for substance addiction.

The actor “has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction,” his rep has told People magazine. “He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”

It’s not the first time for the 30-year-old, who admitted in a 2011 interview that he spent time in rehab as a 19-year-old.

His Glee co-star and real-life girlfriend Lea Michele told People: “I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this. I am grateful and proud he made this decision.”

Meanwhile, the last two episodes of the Glee season will be filmed without him. “Cory is a beloved member of the Glee family and we fully support his decision to seek treatment,” 20th Century Fox announced in a statement. “Everyone at the show wishes him well and looks forward to his return.”

Paris puckers up

Never the shrinking violet, Paris Hilton has tweeted a risque pic of herself at the Playboy Mansion for Hugh Hefner‘s annual egg hunt.

She wore a pink sequinned basque and fishnet tights and captioned the image: ‘The Easter Bunny with Hef. Love you @HughHefner. Happy Easter!’

Hayden’s jumping for joy

Well, it’s one way to share your happy news … Hayden Panettiere has tweeted the first photo of herself since news of her engagement to Wladimir Klitschko broke.

Jumping in the air with singer-songwriter Erin McCarley, she joked that the pair were only half the size of her “Ukrainian giant” fiance.

While they haven’t publicly confirmed their engagement, the 5-foot-2 Heroes star and 6-foot-6 boxing champion are apparently plan to tie the knot in the coming months. Reveals a source: “Looks like a summer wedding!”

Joan Rivers isn’t backing down after mocking Adele during an interview on The Late Show With David Letterman, when she described meeting the singer at the Academy Awards.

She made a gesture with her arms in reference to her weight on the show, then said: “She was very scared because she was singing at the awards. She kept saying, ‘My throat, my throat – I don’t know if I can swallow,'” Rivers joked. “And I said, ‘Oh, yeah! You can swallow.”

When asked to defend her comments during a HuffPost Live interview, she used it as an excuse for another jab.

“It’s not mean. She’s a chubby lady who’s very, very rich, and she should just calm down – or lose weight! She wanted an apology, so I took an ad out on her ass. I said, ‘You are not fat.’ And then I had room for a lot of other ads,” Rivers snarked. “Adele is beautiful and successful and has what, $100 million? Let’s face reality: she’s fat!”
