It seems at least two of Michael Jackson‘s kids have inherited a taste for showbiz.

Prince Jackson, 16, has been appointmented as a special correspondent for Entertainment Tonight.

“I’m looking to become well-rounded as a producer, director, screenwriter and actor,’ he explained.

Prince’s first interview, with Oz The Great And Powerful stars James Franco and Zach Braff and director Sam Raimi, will screen on the show later this week.

During the interview, Prince is complimented on his maturity and responds: “That’s what most of my people say. That was all thanks to my dad. He raised me right.”

Meanwhile, his sister Paris might be following in her dad’s musical footsteps. She tweeted a pic of herself wearing a Nirvana t-shirt and a beanie, strumming an electric guitar, with the caption “#bass #jammin #music.”

Kim Kardashian has opened up to DuJour magazine about how Kayne West and pregnancy have changed her.

On pregnancy: “I used to always say I can’t wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it’s completely different,” she said. “I’m like, OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible. Though lately I’ve been watching shows like I’m Pregnant and Addicted to Meth. It definitely makes me feel better if I’m wanting one sip of Diet Coke or, you know, too much sugar. I’m like, This woman is on meth.”

On Kayne: “My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy. I’m ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I’m realizing everyone doesn’t need to know everything. I’m shifting my priorities.”

In other Kardashian news, rumour has it that sister Khloe Kardashian will be dumped as co-host of the American version of The X Factor.

According to The New York Post: “Kardashian, 28, came to the show with no television hosting experience and often appeared nervous and unprepared on camera.

“I am sure there was a big percentage of Khloe’s fans who followed her to ‘X Factor.’” said LA hosting expert Marki Costello, who has provided on-camera coaching for [rival show] The Voice judge Cee Lo Green among others.

“But at the end of the day, when she doesn’t know what she is doing, are you helping your show or hurting it?

“It was really hard for me to watch Mario with her,” she said. “It made me, as a viewer, almost uncomfortable.”

He’s been documenting his weight loss on Twitter, with comments such as: “I’ve been doing burst of exercise all day and everyone thinks I’m a bit mental! Lol!” and “Mmm, porridge with cherries & a dash of cinnamon! Cook the cherries with the porridge! Bloody gorgeous!”

Its not the way most 80-year-olds would celebrate their significant birthday, but  Yoko Ono marked the occasion by playing a gig with her son, Sean Ono Lennon, and the Plastic Ono Band in Frankfurt.

Guests on stage included Michael Stipe and Rufus Wainwright and Martha Wainwright, who treated Yoko to renditions of Happy Birthday in English and German.

Yoko posted a photo of the concert (below) on her Instagram account with the message: “I think it’s better to dance rather than to march through life, don’t you?”

Martha Wainwright tweeted the following day: “Happy birthday yoko. Plastic ono band were amazing last night. She is a universal mother to us!(sic)”
