Two 30 Rock babies on the way
Alec Baldwin, 54, and his wife Hilaria have confirmed they’re expecting their first child together.
“We’re so thrilled and we can’t wait to meet our baby,” the couple revealed via their rep.
Alec is already dad to daughter Ireland, 17, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
Meanwhile, Alec’s former 30 Rock co-star Tracy Morgan has also announced he’s expecting a baby.
Injured Lady Gaga cancels shows
Lady Gaga has been forced to postpone several dates of her Monster Ball Tour after suffering an injury that’s left her in “chronic pain”, unable to walk.
She posted a message to her Facebook page to break the news to fans: “There’s an unfortunate announcement coming out right now, concerning myself and the Born This Way Ball. I’m so sorry. I barely know what to say. I’ve been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for some time now, over the past month it has worsened.
“I’ve been praying it would heal. I hid it from my staff, I didn’t want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last night’s performance I could not walk and still can’t.”
On her website, the injury has been described as ‘synovitis, (severe inflammation of joints)’
Steve Martin’s a first-time dad at 67!
It’s been revealed that Steve’s wife, Anne Stringfield, 41, gave birth in December. “They’ve had a baby, and how they kept it a secret nobody knows,” a source told Page Six. “Steve’s very private.” The source added, “They are thrilled. They worked hard to have the baby.”
The couple married in 2007 at Steve’s home in a surprise ceremony where guests, including Tom Hanks and Diane Keaton were told it was a party.
In recent days, the comedian has been making cryptic references to his parenthood on Twitter, including: “My recent dada Tweet was admired by the artistic community” and “Coo coo, cutsy wootsy, footsy pie.” Or that might just be Twitter followers drawing long bows …
Adele was “complimenting” Chris
Oh boo! Turns out this now-infamous photo of Adele and Chris Brown at the Grammys wasn’t her telling him off for being a douche. Adele has taken to Twitter to shoot the rumour down. She wrote: “Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually.”
Well, that’s just ruined my day.
Mila’s Valentine’s Day wish
Mila Kunis has confessed what she’s hoping Ashton Kutcher gives her for Valentine’s Day: “I want the biggest bear and thousand roses. If were going to do it. We might as well do it full out,” she told Ellen DeGeneres on her namesake TV show.
Just in case Ashton doesn’t deliver, Ellen arranged for a giant bear to come onto the set to surprise Mila, who broke into hopeless giggles.
Hugh Jackman addresses gay rumours
The Hollywood Reporter has interviewed Hugh Jackman for his new movie X-Men: Days of Future Past, in which he returns as Wolverine for the sixth time, and reports: “Jackman admits rumors about his sexuality have taken a greater toll than previously acknowledged, especially on his wife. “Just recently, it bugs her,” he says, blaming the Internet, which she frequents more than he does. (Jackman largely sticks to cricket sites and The Economist.) “She goes: ‘It’s big. It’s everywhere!’ ”
X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner also tells the magazine, “I have seen him with Deborra since the beginning of their trip to Hollywood, and I’ve been on five movie sets with him and have never seen him stray, have never seen him eye anyone. I met him when he did Oklahoma! [at London’s Royal National Theatre in 1999]. He was genuine, hugely talented. He was in love with his wife that day and still is.”
Jessica Alba’s health scare
Jessica Alba has confessed on Jimmy Kimmel Live that she thought she was having a stroke recently.
“My whole arm was numb and then I got cold sensation from the back of my neck up to the front,” she said. “And then I was like, I think I can’t move my face.”
The actress was rushed to hospital for a CAT scan and then later had an MRI, where her condition was finally diagnosed. “I have carpal tunnel,” she revealed.
Jessica believes it’s been caused by the long hours she works on her online business, the eco-friendly baby product site, The Honest Company.
