I was given a jap pumpkin recently. I love edible gifts, much more useful than flowers. And pumpkin is one of my favourite veggies, especially when it’s roasted. But my kids aren’t quite as keen. So I thought I’d experiment with my pumpkin gift and see if I could change their minds. I made Roasted Pumpkin & Garlic Soup, Pumpkin & Ginger Beer Scones and Pumpkin & Chickpea Red Curry.
