Guess who?

OK, HouseGoesHollywood is officially on its own from Monday. No more daily updates on HouseGoesHome. Well, maybe one at the end of The Mag I Bought This Week. Well, and maybe a weekly round-up on a Saturday. But apart from that, HouseGoesHome will be a Hollywood-free zone. Which means you’ll miss gems like …

* Whitney Houston‘s daughter getting engaged to her adopted brother.

* Lindsay Lohan‘s dad selling her out after she called to say her mum was attacking her.

* Kirstie Alley showing off her pet lemurs.

* LaToya Jackson sueing Vanity Fair for saying she raided brother Michael’s house hours after his death and stole bags of cash.

And so much more …

Oh, and for my HouseGoesHome readers who hate Hollywood gossip, here’s a Brie & Cranberry Tartlet recipe. Keep it in mind for Chrissie drinks.

Recipe: brie & cranberry tartlets

1 loaf of white bread

1 round of brie

1 jar of cranberry sauce

1/4 cup of milk

2 eggs

METHOD: Pre-heat oven to 180C. Using an egg ring, cut circles out of 24 slices of bread. (Reserve the remains to make breadcrumbs for another dish). Roll them out super-thin with a rolling pin. Ease them into a cupcake tin. Put a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the bottom of each. Dice brie into 24 pieces. Place a cube of brie in each tartlet. Beat together the eggs and milk. Drizzle a tablespoon of mixture over each tartlet. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and egg mixture is set.
